HOW TO MAKE BLUE RICE (FLUFFY & VIBRANT)

Servings: 3 people
- 1 cup white basmati rice
- 2 cup water
- Optional: 1 tsp blue spirulina for that blue look
Rinse the 1 cup of rice in water to get rid of any excess starch.
Add rice into a pot. 1 cup of rice equals to 2 cups of water. Bring to boil.
Cook for 10 minutes on med/high, then on low for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and let it sit for 5 extra minutes.
Remove from heat, serve it in a bowl, and scoop it around with a fork to fluff it up!
And don't forget to add that 1 tsp of Blue Spirulina (add it to the bowl and mix until rice turns blue). Enjoy!
