Don’t you feel that much healthier and stronger when you know you’re eating a sufficient amount of protein when craving something sweet? This smoothie bowl will not only satisfy that sweet tooth but will also add to the protein intake after a workout! This recipe can be made for you, a friend, or for the fam!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can low-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 tbsp beet powder
  • 1 scoop pea protein
  • 1 tbsp macca powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

How to Make:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for a bit, then place in ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze overnight.
  4. Toss frozen cubes in a blender again then blend until smooth and creamy!
  5. Might want to add a splash of water to get things started.
  6. Then enjoy!
