The smokiness and spice of the adobo chili peppers combined with greek yogurt, garlic, and honey… These ingredients are what make up one of the best dressings/sauce that changes the game for me! Anytime you’re in need of a quick sauce to make for literally any type of savory meal, then this recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 adobo chilli
  • 1/2 tsp adobo chilli sauce

  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 Garlic clove

HOW YOU CAN MAKE THIS CHIPOTLE SAUCE

The key here is to add the perfect amount of each ingredient, so that it doesn’t come out too spicy, the measurements I shared were based off my preference! Even only adding 1 adobo chili pepper will do. It’s pretty simple to make this though, all you have to do is toss in the ingredients in the blender and voila!

You can also make this sauce in so many different ways! instead of the greek yogurt, you can use water and olive oil, you can even add balsamic vinegar, more garlic, smoked paprika, or even some dill! There’s no limit! (ok, I think the limit will be adding the whole can of the adobo chili’s…. that wouldn’t be good). I hope you enjoy this recipe!
