These vegan tempeh fajitas tastes good on literally anything savory, from tacos, to burritos, or even on a salad – these fajitas will awaken those taste buds! I also drizzled some of my homemade chipotle sauce, which I’ll link once I’m done creating the post! Anyways, if you’re craving vegan fajitas, then this recipe is for you.

INGREDIENTS
This is for 1 person, to make it for a larger crowd, just double up on ingredients!
- 1/2 onion
- 2-3 cloves dices garlic
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 block tempeh
- Broccolini
- Olive oil
- Spices
- Smoked paprika
- 21 Seasonings
- Black pepper
- Sea salt

HOW TO MAKE
- Cut up fresh ingredients, then place them into a bowl
- Add spices and olive oil to the bowl, then mix
- Toss them in a skillet, medium heat
- You can even add a little water, then cover the pan. This will make things cook faster.
- After about 10 minutes, turn veggies around and turn heat down to low
- Cover with a pan and let sit for 3-5 more minutes
- Place in a bowl then enjoy!
- Okay before you eat it though, the sauce is the most important thing, add your sauce of choice! I’ll be posting my chipotle dressing soon.. stay tuned.
