This avocado dressing is addictively scrumptious and can be added to a multitude of meals such as salads, buddha bowls, and tacos. This dressing tasted super delicious when drizzling it on top of my Oven Roasted Veggies. It’s super easy to make, and you’ll find these simple ingredients in the fridge or pantry.

AVOCADO DRESSING
Not only in salads, but I also love adding avocados in smoothies. Avocados are a great source of healthy fats and have nutrient-dense properties that are good for the body. Ok lets cut to the chase… I love avocados because they’re creamy and super darn tasty!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DID I USE?
For my version of the avocado dressing, I added an avocado, olive oil, water, lime juice, garlic, cilantro and mint (or other fresh herbs), and salt/pepper. The texture is smooth and creamy, so not as chunky as other sauces.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE THIS CREAMY AVOCADO DRESSING?
Making this dressing is super easy, all you have to do is add all of the ingredients into a blender (I used a NutriBullet) then blend it until you have a smooth and creamy consistency! easy peasy lemon squeezy! easy as ABCs, piece of cake, Bob’s your uncle… I can go all day! Oh also forgot one more thing, if you want a thicker consistency, you can pulse the blender instead of blending. On the other hand, to make it thinner, just add a splash of water. Then it’s time to enjoy!
